   1.      Monitor all contents and check off against Inventory

          Two visits to property per month. Carry out visual inspection of exterior

  1. Carry out visual inspection of interior
  2. Ventilate all rooms In preparation for guests
  3. Check and test all electrical appliances and equipment
  4. Carry out pest and vermin inspection and liase with owners re action
  5. Check all alarms and security equipment
  6. Carry out full check of plumbing and sanitary ware
  7. Act as Key Holder
  8. Ensure all plants are well watered

 

Total Cost of Package €500’00 Per Year

 

Costs of Cleaning: (Includes Laundry for Bedding and Towels)

 

1 Bed apartment - €37’00 Per visit

2 Bed apartment - €47’00 Per visit

3 Bed apartment - €56’00 Per visit

4 Bed apartment - €65’00 Per visit

 

Based on a maximum of 4 persons sharing, extra beds charged at €5’00

 

Larger properties quoted on request at competitive rates.

 

Key Holding: Hold keys for guests to collect or call out  €145’00 per year

 

Villa Check: Check security of property                         €  30’00 Per visit

 

Call Out Liaise with Tradespeople:                                 €  25’00 Per hour

 

Welcome Food and Drink Packs:                                   €  17’00 Each
