The Company is in it's 25th year and receives an enormous amount of enquiries from people wishing to leave the UK to set up business in Spain. A high percentage of these people purchase purchase through us.

We are already established, recognised and highly regarded in Spain with our Main Offices on the Rincon Benidorm and Santa Ponca Mallorca. It is planned to duplicate these offices with One on both the Costa Del Sol (Available), Almeria (Available March 2012), Torrevieja/Murcia (Unexpectadly Available) as opposed to directing our Clients to other Agencies all of our Clients are now directed to Our own Offices with commissions being split equally between the Our UK and Spanish Offices. It is also planned that the new offices will quickly become Property Management and Letting Agents and Agents for Residential Sales therefore producing extra income to the already satisfactory income projected.

Based upon our Year 2008/09 sales and to date, the projected income from commercial sales alone will be in the region of £60,000 to £80,000 in the first year. (This is currently being well exceeded in our Costa Blanca Offices) Figures are available.

The new offices will be a subsidiary of the UK Company with the purchaser owning a 50% share of the Spanish Office business, the cost of setting up the business will include the following: An leasehold office in a prominent position, set up and fitted out ready to operate. Training by the UK Principals and/or Associates and on going support. A regular supply of Qualified Clients. Support with the development of the Residential Sales and Property Management sections of the business. Full legal Licensing.

The type of people we are looking for to become our partners in our business are: hard working, family type who enjoy high earnings have a pleasant personality and care about people and their future. Our criteria is fairly strict but will ensure we appoint the correct people and maximise earnings for all concerned.

A short straightforward contract that will protect both parties will be drawn up and will be guaranteed not to be one sided in any way.
